Privacy & site information

This website provides information and links for AAA Professional Bail Bonds customers in Dallas and Tarrant County.

Using the guides and tools

Article searches, topic filters, county choices, and checklist selections are processed in your browser. The short application collects the contact’s name, phone number, optional email, jail or detention facility, inmate name and date of birth, county, bond information, reported immigration hold, optional notes, and permission to contact the applicant. Ticket-bond and warrant-search requests collect the contact’s name, phone number, optional email, the person’s name and date of birth, issuing cities, known ticket counts, optional court and citation numbers, notes, and permission to contact the applicant. Warrant searches require staff review; the form does not run an instant search. These details are stored so authorized staff can review and respond. Applications and earlier inquiries are automatically deleted from the live application database 7 days after submission, regardless of status. Cleanup runs hourly. Authorized staff can also permanently delete any application or earlier inquiry immediately, without a waiting period or a reason. Manual deletion removes the application, its staff notes, alert details, and saved decision from the live database, with no archive or application copy retained. Separate payment and transaction history remains available, including amounts, payment status, provider references, and transaction notes. Automatic seven-day cleanup retains a minimal payment summary with the application reference, names, and payment link; manual deletion clears that application summary instead. External email, signing, and payment services follow their own retention practices. Staff sign in with individual email addresses and passwords. Only accounts created by the site administrator can enter the staff area. Passwords are stored as salted hashes. Secure staff sessions last up to eight hours. The server stores a session-token digest, account identifier, expiry, and sign-in attempt counts to protect staff access. Signing out revokes that staff session. Records are not displayed publicly. New applications are available to authorized staff in the dashboard. The form does not send automatic email or text alerts. Do not enter personal case details into the article search.

Private investigation consultation requests

The Meet Jamal form collects your name, phone number, email, language and contact preferences, brief interview answers, requested appointment time, and optional supporting documents. Files and interview answers are available only to authorized staff. A requested time is not a confirmed appointment; staff reviews availability and contacts you to confirm. Saving an appointment does not send an automatic email or text. Upload permission is limited to your submission and expires after one hour or when uploads are finished. Unfinished form answers are not saved in browser storage. PI consultation records are separate from bond applications and are kept until authorized staff deletes them. Staff can permanently delete an individual document or the entire request with its interview, notes, and documents from active site storage, with no archived copy retained. Contact Jamal at (817) 308-4287 to request a correction or deletion. Do not submit passwords, payment-card information, or Social Security numbers.

Client accounts

Established client profiles are separate from intake applications and remain available after manual application deletion or the seven-day cleanup. Acceptance creates a client profile with the named person and known county, or staff can link an existing client. The callback number is not automatically used for client login because it may belong to someone else. Staff verify the client phone and complete account setup before access is activated. The full intake application is not copied into the profile. Profiles contain the client name, verified phone number once supplied, charges, bond amounts, court dates, jurisdiction, check-in schedule, bond rules, and warrant information entered by AAA staff. Staff control all record changes and assign each client a personal agent. Assigned clients can see the agent’s name, contact information, personal message, and Dallas and Tarrant bond card IDs. Agent profile changes and assignments are logged for staff accountability. The warrant display reflects staff-entered information; it is not connected to an automatic state warrant feed. Clients sign in with their verified phone number and personal six-digit PIN. Staff issue a one-time setup link after verifying identity and phone number. PINs are stored as salted, protected hashes, never plaintext. A separate protected fingerprint prevents duplicate PINs. Secure access cookies last up to two hours; session digests, account identifiers, expiry, setup-token digests, access attempts, and audit activity are stored to protect the account. Login protection stores keyed fingerprints of account and network identifiers temporarily to limit repeated attempts. The website does not collect GPS coordinates for login. Ask your agent to reset access or correct profile information. No setup text or email is sent automatically.

Questions about an application

Contact the office about a submitted application, or to request a correction or deletion. Include your application reference when available. Submitting an application does not post a bond or guarantee approval or release. If your application is accepted, an agent will call to discuss pricing, collateral, payment terms, and paperwork.

Travel and renewal requests

Clients can request an annual bond renewal or a travel pass in their portal. Travel requests record departure and return dates, destination, domestic or international travel, the calculated fee, staff decisions, and client-visible messages. Renewal requests record the related bond, pricing, staff decision, and completed renewal date. These ongoing client service records and their audit history are separate from short-lived intake applications. Approval adds an invoice; it does not automatically collect or verify payment. Current recorded court dates are checked when travel is requested, when staff approves it, and when request status is displayed. Keep your agent informed of every court date and continue to follow all court orders and bond conditions.

Client portal activity

We record successful client sign-ins and visits to the signed-in client portal, including dates, times, and visit counts. Authorized staff can review this activity within client account management. Repeated openings and returns within 30 minutes are grouped as one visit. This activity does not complete a scheduled check-in. Activity records are removed from active site storage when staff discharges the client.

Client invoices

Staff assign invoices to established clients with a charge description, amount, due date, invoice reference, and eBail payment link. You can see only the invoices assigned to your account. These records and their transaction history are separate from intake applications and remain after application deletion. Checkout opens through the payment link supplied by staff; card details are entered with the external payment service, not this website. Staff confirm payments and update invoice status. Opening a payment link does not mark an invoice paid. Staff can delete a portal invoice, removing its assignment, description, due date, reference, and checkout button. Separate financial records and prior transaction history remain with staff. This does not cancel an external charge or issue a refund.

Bond paperwork and electronic signatures

Client Tools links to Bond forms, where English and Spanish forms can be completed and signed online, or downloaded as individual PDF pages. Online submissions record your entered answers, selected signing role, clause initials, typed name as your electronic signature, consent, receipt, server-recorded date and time, and the version and fingerprint of the original form. A completed copy combines the unchanged original with your answers and signing record. Staff prepare the financial and venue terms for promissory notes and payment agreements; each private signing link is intended only for its named signer, expires in seven days, and accepts one submission. These links do not independently verify identity. We do not save unfinished online answers in browser storage. Other required signatures and any agent signature remain subject to staff coordination. When you return completed files, we collect the sender’s name, defendant’s name, phone number, optional note, and the submitted PDF or page images. Authorized staff can access online answers, signed copies, uploaded files, and their submission details. When staff requests a document through your client portal, it is linked to your client account. You can complete assigned forms, upload requested files, and download your own submitted copies after signing in. Staff can add instructions, request corrections, or confirm receipt outside the portal. A green documents status means no assigned items are outstanding; submitted paperwork may still await staff review. These requests remain until staff removes them. Deleting a linked submission makes its requirement outstanding again. Staff can download, mark reviewed, or permanently delete a submission. These documents are kept separately from short-lived intake applications and remain until staff deletes them; the seven-day application cleanup does not remove them. Uploading a document does not approve a bond or complete the paperwork review. Leave payment-card numbers and security codes blank and arrange payment authorization with your agent. Contact the office for help or to request deletion. Phone-based submission counts and file fingerprints help limit repeated submissions. Download your signed copy after submission, or contact your agent for a copy or a paper alternative.

External forms and payments

Links to eBail, ibailbonds.net, DocuSign, government resources, and maps take you to separate services. Review the privacy practices and terms of those services before providing personal information. Your browser or hosting provider may process routine connection information necessary to load these pages.

General information

The guides are educational and provide general preparation tips. They do not create an attorney-client relationship or replace advice from a qualified attorney. The court, jail, and applicable agreements determine requirements in an individual case. Release timing and approval cannot be guaranteed.
